Are you publishing the results of this survey? Ken

    • Yes. I will be publishing the survey results soon. I haven’t had nearly as many responses to the Confidence survey as I’ve had to the Report Card. The Report Card results are already published and you can see them by clicking on the Report Card link on the menu and going to the 1st dropdown menu item. If you have any way to send more traffic to the Confidence survey that would be great.

wow i guess its crazy to think that Feinberg could actually have a heart if he would even open his eyes for once and see that the oil spill caused alot of people more hardship than he has ever had to face in his ritzy life then none of us would still be waiting for what is owed to us i have been homeless for 6 months now becouse i got laid off from my job due to lack of business i live in a tourist town and noone came down becouse of the oil so here i am bouncing from the homeless shelter to a tent in the woods waiting for some anwer from the claims office and all they say id please just wait we cant say how long it will take god how long do they want me to be homeless becouse of a screw up made by glorious bp man screw that they should live in my shoes for a week and see what we live threw while they take thier time and lul over our claims. how long do i have to live on the streets there still isnt any work to be found relentless searching over 6 months and still nothing i have given up all hope. i went from having a life and a place to live to struggeling daily just to find something to eat when will it end

feeling your pain. we filed in early October and nothing has changed. due to our hardship circumstances they said our claim was escalated, however, over two months later we have not heard or received anything. the website nor the toll free number provides any information or answers that are helpful. the website is not updated as they say it is. we were told our claim is in the final stage, how many stages are there? why arent these stages explained and there to review on your website status? who is in charge of updating your claim status online? we have friends that filed, received a denial letter only to find their status finally changed to denied three days after they received their letter!! Also had a friend who received a denied letter after her claim status online for a month was under the compensation review stage. they should not give people false hope by posting that stage unless they truly intend to pay.
